Alexandra (Alexa) is a qualified and detail-oriented Public Assistance Specialist and FEMA Program Delivery Manager (PDMG) with over four years of direct experience supporting FEMA Public Assistance (PA) operations across multiple federally declared disasters. Alexa plays a critical role in guiding Applicants through the full FEMA grant delivery process, from kickoff through closeout.
She has provided comprehensive Applicant-facing support under multiple disasters nationwide and has served in supervisory and leadership roles as a Task Force Leader (TFL) and Peer Reviewer, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality control for other PDMGs within her group. Alexa is also cross-trained in Site Inspection and Cost Estimating through the FEMA Consolidated Resource Center (CRC) in Denton, TX, and has completed numerous in-field Site Inspections, working directly with Applicants to document eligible damages and develop compliant scopes of work.
Her broad operational experience, combined with hands-on technical knowledge of FEMA’s delivery model and CRC processes, makes her a versatile and trusted asset in any recovery environment.
