Paul Leyva is a skilled construction and restoration professional with deep expertise in fire, water, and mold remediation, project management, and cost estimating. With a proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating large-scale restoration projects, Paul ensures quality outcomes that meet industry standards, on time and within budget.
Paul currently leads CSA’s Drone Program in support of post-disaster recovery efforts in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, following Hurricanes Ian (DR-4673), Helene (DR-4828), and Milton (DR-4834). As a Project Manager, he oversees FEMA Public Assistance (PA) field inspections across Categories G, E, F, and D, conducting detailed structural damage assessments of critical infrastructure, public facilities, and utility systems.
Paul’s field leadership – grounded in his discipline and service as a former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant – supports CSA’s mission to deliver precise, timely, and fully compliant recovery documentation for local governments navigating complex federal recovery programs.
